Our sublimation Polyester fabric is frequently seen across a variety of niches. It is a man-made fabric that is made out of synthetic, polyester fibers. These polyester fibers are also known as a man-made polymer.
Polyester fibers are lightweight and durable. They are easily died and are resistant to chemicals. Polyester fabric is efficient because it dries easily and quickly. Because of this, polyester is extremely popular in the sporting and outdoor world. Polyester is also smooth to the touch which makes it extremely comfortable to wear, and thus also popular in other categories.
Does Polyester Shrink?
So, does polyester shrink? And why or why not? Polyester does not shrink under normal circumstances. Because polyester is made of man-made polymer, which makes the fibers synthetic, the fabric is resistant to shrinkage. If you wash polyester fabric in hot water and then dry it on high heat, it may shrink some, but not a whole lot.

Heat and pressure allow the rubber to be molded and initiate a quickening process that makes the rubber strong and durable.
So, stretching your boots and applying appropriate heat can let you stretch them again while still retaining most of the strength of the rubber sole. Each method of rubber boot stretching we are going to cover all have different “expansion mechanics” but rely on the same principle; you can stretch rubber boots by continually applying heat or pressure.
Keep in mind that new rubber boots usually take some time to break in. They may start off as somewhat rigid and inflexible, but they conform to your foot after a bit.
You should not try to stretch new rubber boots using these methods right off the bat. Give some time to break them in, then if they still don’t fit... less

It’s admired for its durability, stretchiness, and ability to waterproof just about anything. These attributes make it an excellent compound for a variety of applications. Ever wonder where it comes from and how we transform it from its most basic form into our beautiful rain boots?
The process of making Children rubber boots is less complicated than you might think...
STEP 1: Natural rubber latex, or just rubber, is collected by creating slits in the bark of a rubber tree. The sap that is drawn from these slits is sticky and milky in texture and collected in a bucket where it is allowed to harden.
STEP 2: The rubber is then processed by removing excess water and mixing it with other materials, creating our rubber compound.
STEP 3: The rubber sheets are hung to dry.
STEP 4: These dried sheets are stacked, compressed, and sent to factories.
STEP 5: Through another process,... less

The processing principle of denim heat transfer film is similar to that of heat transfer paper, except that the base material or heat transfer medium of the heat transfer film is a transparent film, and the material of the bottom film is mainly three types: opp, PET, and PVC.
1. OPP: greater flexibility, greater impact pressure, but poor heat resistance.
2. PET: Low flexibility and good stability. Most widely used. 80% of the thermally conductive film is made of this material.
3. PVC: corrosion resistance and good insulation.

Contract manufacturers typically play in all those buckets to one degree or another. This post will deal with plastic injection parts. During the RFQ process, potential customers share their part — either the physical part or prototype, or a set of CAD drawings. The engineer looks at it to get an idea of what they want to make and to see if there are ways the design can be improved for manufacturability.
Every product is different but, as a general rule, engineers will look for three things:
1. Which direction is the tool going to pull?
A plastic part is made in a mold. There are two halves that open and close. All the product features (any details, etc.) should be in one of the two directions of the pull. If there are features in a direction other than the pull... less

I only use my bottle jack on the trails but am looking to see if anyone is doing anything unique with storage and safe usage with their jacks on the trail.
I have always been a little nervous whenever I use my bottle jack. Common thoughts that run through my mind are: 1) Is the ground too soggy or unstable? 2) Will the jack slip off the mounting point or tip over? 3) Was my jeep going to come down on top of me as soon as I got the flat tire removed? 4) Was the jack going to reach my lifting point or would I have to stack it on rocks or blocks, further increasing the “slip or tip over factor”?
I’ve seen my fair share of jack fails…stock scissor jack fails, hi-lift fails, and bottle jack fails. In my opinion, some of these fails are operator error but many are due to lack of stability at the base of these jacks and also on the lifting points. The base of these jacks... less

It’s made in a lab and is used to create many things such as home furnishing, seatbelts, tents, and the cover stock for diapers. Because it’s mass-produced it has become a cheap material to buy.
Somehow, polyester has snuck it’s way into fashion. You might have noticed that a lot of apparel is made with polyester. Manufacturers say adding in this chemically-created material makes your shirt feel stronger, however that is not always the case. As “Money After Graduation” puts it in her Frugal Fashion blog: “Polyester is tricky like that: it makes you think it’s something it’s not”. We’re going to give you 5 reasons on why you should avoid wearing polyester clothes.
While Polyester feels strong, it’s unbearable to wear. There is no breathability in the fabric, the unnatural chemicals are not made for constant human contact. Manufactures love to use polyester because it’s cheap, thus... less

It is normal to not know the main materials of heat transfer film. of. In fact, according to the structure of the heat transfer film, there are heat transfer film base film, release agent, ink, adhesive and other materials. Let's take a closer look together next!
Adhesive
The adhesive for heat transfer is a hot melt adhesive, which is a colorless, transparent or light yellow viscous liquid. After drying and forming a film, the film is transparent. It has excellent composite fastness and excellent composite fastness on the surface with the release agent and ink. It has good flexibility, abrasion resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and good wear resistance.
Ink
Thermal transfer inks are gravure inks, and the drying of the ink mainly depends on the volatilization of the solvent. After the substrate film is determined, the appropriate ink should be... less

The melted plastic then cools and hardens and the finished part is removed. Though the mold design process is critical and challenging (a poorly designed mold can result in defects), injection molding itself is a reliable method for producing solid plastic parts with a high quality finish.
1. Repeatability
In the automotive industry, repeatability—or the ability to consistently produce identical parts—is crucial. Because injection molding typically relies on robust metal molds, the final plastic parts produced using the mold are practically identical. There are factors that come into play with injection molding, but if the mold is well designed and made, injection molding is a highly repeatable process.
2. Scale and cost
Though the injection mold-making process is expensive (as well as the cost of the mold), injection molding is a highly scalable process whose overall cost... less
