Understand The Inspection Of Auto Radiator Tank Plastic Mould

  • Mould is a tool for forcing a metal or non-metal forming, and it is indispensable key process equipment in industrial production. The parts produced in batches using molds have the advantages of high efficiency, high consistency, low energy consumption, high precision and complexity, and so on, so they are widely used. Among them, many parts of the automobile industry need to be processed and formed by molds, such as auto reflective part mold . However, we often forget to check the radiator water tank regularly, so how do we check when we are in the car?

We can open the radiator water filler cap after the engine is started. If the cooling level in the radiator is static, it means that the thermostat is working normally, otherwise, it means that the thermostat is malfunctioning. This is because when the water temperature is lower than 70°C, the thermostat expansion cylinder is in a contracted state and the main valve is closed; when the water temperature is higher than 80°C, the expansion cylinder expands, the main valve gradually opens, and the circulating water in the radiator starts to flow. When the water temperature gauge indicates below 70℃, if there is water flowing at the water inlet pipe of the radiator and the water temperature is warm, the main valve of the thermostat on the meter is not closed tightly, which will cause the cooling water to circulate prematurely.

The above is the inspection method for the radiator water tank. Many tools require regular inspection and maintenance, and the auto radiator tank plastic mould is naturally no exception.
